TERMS & CONDITIONS for EMPLOYMENT with THE OXFORD INDIA (NGO)

• As we are a government approved Non-Profit Organization, working towards Child Education, Women Empowerment, Employment and many other social activities.
• Our vision and mission is to educate or provide skills oriented programs to the underprivileged children, making women empowered by giving them a job opportunity or some business opportunity and providing job seekers a job oriented program or many vocational courses to enhance their skills and helping them to get their placement. 
• To join THE OXFORD INDIA (NGO), we have some Government Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees that is REFUNDABLE with your 3rd month salary.
• INVOICE will be generated for the same and same will be mentioned in your Employment Contract.
• This Government Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be paid only after getting Appointment Letter.
• For Employees – any Work from Home JOB : Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be INR 2,000. (Refundable)
• For Employees – any Field JOB : Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be INR 2,000. (Refundable)
• For Employees – any Branch Office JOB  : Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be INR 2,000. (Refundable)
• For Employees – Center Head of Free Education Center(for kids) : Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be INR 3,000 + 18% GST. (Non-Refundable)
• For Employees – Center Head of Authorized Training Center(for girls/women) : Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be INR 3,000 + 18% GST. (Non-Refundable)
• For NGO Partners – Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be INR 5,000 + 18% GST. (Non-Refundable)
• For Board Members : Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees will be INR 1,00,000. (Non-Refundable)
• Facilitation Charges & NGO Membership Fees must be paid to our official UPI PhonePe/Google Pay/PayTM @ 9060-20-8060. – Instructed by Chairman/Founder & Board Members – THE OXFORD INDIA
