Job Description :
– Posting JOBS on Jobs Portals and Social Media Sites like Facebook/Linkedin etc.
– Generating job seekers leads through portals
– Screening & Shortlisting CVs of the eligible candidates
– Taking the first round of interview and Scheduling their final round interview with the client company
– Take follow ups till their final interview, joining and retention period
– Manage the complete database on a Google Sheet provided by us
– Engage with the candidates till their retention period
– Work on references as we have always bulk hirings for many companies
Bulk Hiring for Non-IT Profiles :
– Telesales Executives
– Telecallers
– Team Leaders
– HR Recruiters
– Back Office Executives
– Sales/Marketing/Field Executives
– Data Entry Operators
– Voice & Non-Voice Process (Domestic & International)
– Work from Home Jobs – Telesales Executives/Telecallers
– Senior/Middle/Junior Level Recruitments as per clients requirement
– Blue Collar Hirings
Retention Period : 30-90 days (Depends on Clients)
Payout : Incentive Based
– For Freshers : 10K + incentive (Target Based) – 20+ Active Hirings with Retention Period of 30 days
– For Experienced : 15K + incentive (Target Based) – 30+ Active Hirings with Retention Period of 30 days
Payout Cycle :
– First payout will be released after 45 days of joining
– for the following month, the month cycle will be 1-30 of the month
– Payout will be made on 15th of the following month after completing the candidates retention period
Requirements :
– Under Graduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
– 18+ to any age
– minimum 6 months experience (Preferred)
– Experience in Recruitment Process

– Good Communication Skills – English/Hindi
